Annie Mist Thorisdottir is from Iceland, Reykjavik. She is a CrossFit pro athlete. She is also the owner of Crossfit Reykjavik and runs it as well. Annie is the first female who is a winner at CrossFit Games in two consecutive year. In 2010, she finished in second place. Annie Thorisdottir (Islander) is an athlete in weightlifting CrossFit and media celebrity. She was the first female winner of at the CrossFit Games in 2011, and 2012, twice. Her other achievements include securing Dubai Fitness Championships in 2017 and 2013. Annie was raised through her mother and father in Reykjavik Iceland. She enjoyed playing sports and worked out from when she was a young age. As of 2009, she took part in the CrossFit game in California. Annie Thorisdottir, in 2021, was aged 31. She stands 5'7 tall, and weighs about 67 pounds. Annie was the first to start CrossFit at the age of 7 in California. Annie did very well in her first games, finishing in the top 10. Although she didn't take home any titles She finished in the 11th spot. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. For CrossFit Games under the guidance of her coach Jami Tikkanen, she placed second and took home an Olympic silver medal that same year. Following a long period full of CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant performance earned her the title. In 2012 Annie also won the CrossFit Games because of her extraordinary performance. She became the first woman who won two CrossFit Games consecutively. Besides this in 2014 she took home a silver award and recently in 2021 won the bronze medal at CrossFit Games. Annie trains and coaches in Crossfit Reykjavik. It was her concept. Annie became a celebrity athlete when she gained fame. She's worked on behalf of a variety of sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Revolution Periodization Nuun Hydrolysis Sidekick Yerbae among others.
